Paint we use

1. Paint expenses

There are three types of paint, commercial line, medium line, and top line.
We suggest to use Benjamin Moore Paint medium or top line. Cost of the paint pays you back by the richness of the colors, which commercial line cannot give you exact color and shine.

2.Preparation

- Proper materials and preparation are a key factor to prepare the walls, ceilings, doors, and trims,
etc.
-Repair small holes
-Caulking gaps between trims using proper caulking.
-Sanding walls and trims.
-Covering floor or carpet with drop-sheets.
-Priming the plaster spots always has to be done.
-Covering hardwood and ceramic tiles with waterproof paper and taping the corners.

Semi-Solid Stains are completely unique to Cabot and bridge the gap between a semi-transparent and a solid finish. Additional pigment yields a unique, richly colored finish that still allows natural wood texture to show through.

Semi-Transparent Stains contain the lightest pigmentation designed to accentuate natural wood
grain and character. The rustic nature of wood is blended with the subtle color, creating a timeless look.

Clear Solution is a premium translucent finish to leave wood in its most natural state, showing the rich grain and character of premium woods such as redwood, cedar, and pine. They also yield outstanding results on pressure-treated wood.
