EXTERIOR painting includes:

	Use drop cloth to cover driveways, sidewalk, lawn, plants, scraping a peeling surface, sanding, and re-caulking
	Replacing rotten wood and applying primer as required
	Removing of mildew, dirt, rust, and other materials
	All exterior attachments will be removed as necessary, and put back in same place at the end of job

INTERIOR painting includes:

	Removing fixtures if needed or covering them with plastic
	Cover floor with drop clothes
	Moving furniture's to the center and covering it, or even moving them to another room - once the job is complete, put them back in the same place
	Remove pictures and drapery
	Remove wallpaper from walls
	Stripping old paint
	Repairing the walls with plaster
	Sanding the walls
	Applying primer as required
	For dark colors we recommend applying tinted primer 2 coats of finish paint (some colors require additional coat
